PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Design and Build; guiding you through all aspects of your project! This includes working closely with your architect to balance cost and design. This is one area that our expertise and years of experience will save countless dollars and deliver a beautiful project. Too many times design and cost do not work hand in hand which can lead to cash flow problems, sales prices beyond what the market will allow, and a lower profit margin. We have the experience you need in this area! When possible, we obtain three bids for every item. We then choose a subcontractor based on reputation, experience, manpower, prices, and the ability to complete the job on schedule. Our thorough process in choosing a subcontractor will give you peace of mind! We then use our dedicated professional staff to obtain all necessary approvals and permits. We also work to solve any and all design problems that may arise during construction. We provide any onsite staff and personnel needed, backed up with the full resources of Kelly Development.

ACCOUNTING
We provide any and all accounting service needed to track job costs. We provide you, your bankers or investors any reports required. We provide on a weekly basis a report showing any variance of actual job cost versus budget. We provide backup information for any variances; work orders, change orders, etc. We provide your accountant with all information they may deem necessary.

SALES AND MARKETING
We work closely with the chosen Realtor to ensure a strong, reputable staff with experienced and seasoned Sales Associates. We provide all the proper tools and information needed by the sales staff to be effective in the market place.

SERVICE AFTER THE SALE
We provide service to your customers such as pre-closing walk-thru. We provide warranty service up to twelve months from closing.
