Vice President
Geoffrey has 23 years experience in the construction industry with a strong emphasis on all financial aspects of the business. Geoff has assisted in the completion of over 1,500 units and has owned and operated a successful development business.

Devon Plemmons
Asst. CFO
Devon has over 6 years experience in banking and accounting. Devon deals with Kelly Development's daily operations that include all invoice entry, payment, and filing. Devon also assists with the company's insurance. Devon handles payroll and preparing monthly financial statements.

Sherry LeGros
Service Manager
Sherry has 15 years experience in the construction and architectural business. Sherry also has 20 years as an import manager in a retail chain. Sherry is the head of the service department and handles all of our customer service issues after the sale.

Dan Murphy
Superintendent
Dan has 25 years experience in the construction industry. He is a general superintendent for our condominiums and has worked on over 1,000 units. He currently oversees one of our largest condominium projects.

Jason Becker
Vice President of Construction
Jason has 14 years experience in the construction industry. Jason attended the University of Nebraska with emphasis on construction engineering. Jason has overseen the development and construction of 17 commercial projects and over 60 residential projects.

Rick Cox
Superintendent
Rick has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. Rick is the superintendent of all custom homes, along with the construction of one of our new condominium projects. He has overseen the completion of over 1,000 custom homes and condominium projects.

Jessica Graham
Assistant Project Manager
Jessica has over 4 years experience in retail management and accounting . Jessica also has an Associates degree in Business Management and oversees the daily operations for the construction side of the office. Jessica prepares schedules and enters all budget figures.
